Microsoft-owned GitHub is experimenting with integrating voice control into its Copilot tool. It should be noted that the Copilot tool is designed for automatic completion of the code line through a neural network, and in this case, the neural network fills the code line by searching open databases. Saying “Hey GitHub” can trigger Copilot to input code by voice without using the keyboard.
This is similar to how the user interacts with the voice assistants Apple Siri and Google Assistant. Features that will include voice control will be enabled for GitHub users using Copilot. It should be noted that users must pay a monthly subscription fee of $10 to use Copilot. GitHub launched this tool in early 2022. It is intended to help programmers write code.
